ITALIAN INTERIORS - CHIC LIVING PART 2

The second part of capturing our stay in Florence, was to emphasise on the authentic living space which incorporates the natural light - according to each zone which caters to each function areas so beautifully. The separation areas allow for one thing - comfort in a sophisticated and less fussy way. I know it’s an Airbnb home but it did not feel like it. That’s why I feel that this chic apartment captures the Florencian (is that a real word for people who live in Florence?) essence in a way I have not experienced before.

Imagine walking in from your flight and being welcomed with these details such as traditional wooden beams, terracotta coloured walls and shuttered windows with all that natural light from the balcony with enough space to dance to your favourite song in front of the sofa. It would make you not want to leave but rather inspire you to create.

I want to continue to highlight the merge between fashion & interiors but in a beautiful way so let’s get into this cosy living room as we walk from the bedroom into the corridor to be blessed with the incredible high ceilings of the living room; what did you think? Let me know any features you thought you could adapt in your home - For me I loved the large mirror and mantlepiece as it was styled incredibly.
