We Ship Worldwide
Depending on where you live please select the correct option for your area. This can be found in the drop down menu of the shipping section at the check out. If you do not see your option available then please contact us and we will specifically assist you in specialized shipping option.
- Delivery is Monday to Sunday (excluding Public Holidays).
Your order will be shipped out once payment has been received in full and cleared please note: Order processing can take between 1 – 4 working days (from submission)
International orders are delivered via Royal Mail for a flat rate of £18. International shipping takes 3 -14 working days from UK to your door. Please note that tracking is only available to some international destinations.
However, a shipment confirmation will be sent to you with a tracking number via email.
For international orders, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order depending on the country in which you reside. unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. You may contact your customs office for additional information.
We are based in the UK. We offer a flat rate of £5.00 for UK national delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
We currently do not offer any returns at this point in time.
If you request an exchange please note that this is only with a valid reason as it will be discussed with us. Please contact us on email@example.com.
- All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery date for merchandise purchased at full retail price.
- We only allow size and color exchanges in the same style. Any other kind of exchange will be treated as a return. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get your exchange authorized. Once we receive the item please allow 5 –10 business days for your account to be credited. You may at any time purchase the new desired item.
- Once we receive your merchandise, we will ship out your exchange, free of charge.
- Availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of the exchange processing.
- Please note, we do not accept exchanges for products released post-purchase. No exceptions.
Merchandise marked “sale” or discounted with a promo code are not eligible for refund or exchange. No exceptions.
